# Remove reviewed application template PDF

`client_intake_application_editor.remove_attachment`

Remove a file question's template from this Portal's draft after review_attachment_change(action=remove). Copy review_digest and both revisions to expected_live_revision/expected_draft_revision, supply a unique client_request_id. This changes only the draft. Submitted answer files are unchanged. Publication and notifications require a separate review and confirmation. Retry uncertain results with identical arguments and the same key. This toolset requires a specific grant and is not assigned by default; request access through Support.
