# Review application form publication

`deal_application_editor.publish_review`

Review saved draft changes to an existing application's questions, stored-data impact and eligible participants. This does not publish or send anything. First open and save the draft. Call without recipient_ids to inspect the audience, then call again with selected recipient_id values and the exact optional message. Explain effects and blockers; retain live_revision, draft_revision and review_digest for publish. Removing questions can permanently delete submitted answers; structure recovery does not restore those answers. This toolset requires a specific grant and is not assigned by default; request access through Support.
