# Read application template PDF

`matchmaking_application_editor.get_attachment_download`

Read only the template attached to a file question, excluding submitted answer files. Copy stable_block_id and revisions from get_config into expected_live_revision and expected_draft_revision; use null when no draft exists. view defaults draft; use live to read the published template despite staged changes. Public calls return a five-minute download; GET with the returned Bearer credential outside the model. Internal editor calls stage the authorized file and return conversation-bound handle/digest/filename/size_bytes. Credentials expire and current access/state are rechecked at public redemption. Keep tokens and bytes out of tool arguments and logs. This toolset requires a specific grant and is not assigned by default; request access through Support. Saved drafts and published question changes can mark earlier matching results as out of date. These tools do not rerun matching, contact recipients or create Deals.
